Barry Obama has slipped on his own faith by saying "John McCain has not... talked about... My muslim faith"

Of which Stephanopolous carried the water and corrected him by saying "Christian faith".

I think this is a VERY telling freudian slip by Barrack.

Does anyone remember that special that aired on one of the cable channels about the danger of Islam? They were screaming stuff in Islam and also English. They were saying we will take the White House. We will go all the way to the White House and take it and that they were than going to slaughter infidels, etc etc etc.

I beg to differ. I have never slipped up and said I was muslim when in fact I am Christian. Some things are so fundamental to a person that slipping up about them can only be telling.

As a woman I’ve never claimed to have a p***is; as mom I’ve never claimed to be a dad, as a Christian I’ve never slipped to say I am an atheist, I’ve never been in jail and have never slipped to say I have....etc. Some things, especially things that are really important and really a part of our fiber, those things don’t get misrepresented.

It’s huge, IMHO.

Yes, your argument would be correct that it was " just a slip " however.... it does not look good when you have the interviewer interviewing a presidential candidate of the USA who helps Obama correct a mistake ( damage control mode )in that interview.
The big issue is not the slip it's self, it's the fact that Obama has tried to fool and portray to the general public that he is pro American, and Christian... and with that slip up is very telling indeed.

That's what I feel too.  How could such a gaffe be made unless there was some basis involved.  Have you or anyone you know ever made a mistake about your beliefs?  I never have.  I never uttered the words "my liberal beliefs" when I meant "conservative".  It's a HUGE freudian slip and mohammed obama makes them often enough to cause worry.
