Well, if anyone knew his SSN & birthdate, the Selective Service Registration website would tell whether he registered or not.
Are you sure about that? Problem is, nobody seems to know what his real name is.
I checked the site and it appears that you are right. Social Security number is unknown however so a request for registration information does not seem to be feasible.
