I knew all of that, cuz I've read the thread.

My point, people who've had stuff stolen file a report with the police. There should be a paper trail, proof to back up the allegations of theft. Even if those flags only cost a quarter each, the value of the lot was probably more than a thousand dollars. The theft of them would probably be a *felony*. That is quite a charge there getting tossed out by the DNC representative. Can you say defamation? Easy enough to defend against a charge of defamation. All you gotta do is come up with the notes of the police officer that took your report of the theft.
