Are you sure he hasn’t stolen your social security number?

I’d check with the SS office...and quick.

If you are in TX Darth call the Sec. of Stats office NOW! You can’t stop his vote unless you issue the County and the Sec. of State.

...lay the trap for the perp who comes in to cast a ballot for said phantom...

Don't forget the possibility the vote fraud will be by absentee ballot. Not sure who you contact, probably a state or county board of elections, but a scam like this is much more likely to involve an absentee ballot than voting in person.

you can be sure that the Dems are out in force with voter fraud for this election

Here in Fl the north east snowbirds register here as well as back in their north east state .
I bet in CA, NV,AZ,NM,TX some are ignoring the illegals who are voting there too

The GOP needs to get their act together and go after these people especially in the swing states like NV,MI,CO

Good luck getting this person.

Acorn has just been caught again haven’t they???

I assume you live in a state without a photo id requirement, one sure way to cut down on - but not eliminate - the kind of fraud you describe.

If I remember correctly, can’t you get the person’s party registration based on previous primary votes? When I was a kid I used to work phone banks here in Ohio and we’d get printouts from the board of elections that identified the voters and their party registration.

When I tried to report voter fraud in the last election, I couldn’t get anyone to do anything about it including the RNC in DC. We need ads on TV telling Americans where to report voter fraud. As I said earlier in a post, the RATS are busy digging in grave yards to add to their vote tally. Voter fraud tactics need to be exposed now; before the election.

I wonder if he could also be prosecuted for jury duty evasion. Some judges are losing patience with those who skip out on jury duty.

Is it possible to get a list of voters and call them to verify, or is giving such info prohibited? Even if possible it would be a big task.

We need more folks like you to keep elections honest and that will help to get more people involved (I hope)...

Something similar happened to me when we lived in Austin. We bought a NEW home, and got a jury summons from Travis county for another person. The problem was, that part of Austin is in Williamson county, not Travis.

Their explanation: We thought that street was all Travis county. BUT, I asked why our house number was on the summons. I never got a clear explanation, even up to the time we moved out 7 years later.

Jury summons are issued to others than registered voters. Since you have his name, call local Registrar of Voters or like office to see if he is registered to vote at your address.

If so, see if same name is registered at other address.

Then call friendly media.

If you are in FL, let me know. I am old network newsie with lots of media friends (and fiends) here.

Another glaring screw-up by the Bush administration. After the 2000 election, Bush had the political capital to genuinely tighten the screws on voter fraud, and he blew it. Just like the incredible political capital available to tighten the screws on illegal immigration that was provided by 9-11. He blew that too. And frankly, after listening to an incredibly overrated Karl Rove make mindless ‘analyses’ on Fox during these campaigns, I can see a major reason why they blew so many opportunities the past 8 years given this guy was advising Bush along the way.
