Election '08: The Obama camp tries to suppress a campaign ad and university archives linking the candidate to a '60s terrorist who hosted his first campaign fundraiser. Is he being "swiftboated," or is this a cover-up?
When Obama's association with William Ayers was raised at a Democratic debate this year, Obama replied: "This is a guy who lives in my neighborhood. . . . He's not somebody who I exchange ideas from on a regular basis."

There are several points embedded in the whole Ayres story. One is that he has been caught in another lie. Another is what he does to people who ask questions he doesn’t want to answer; he stone-walls, then he sends his mobs after them and asks Justice to prosecute them.
It won’t get any better after he is elected, and Justice and IRS answer to him.
Ranks right up there with, "I did not have relations with that woman."
grants like this are usually
full employment and better
for socialists.
No worries - I'm sure Chris Matthews and the rest of our responsible media will right on top of this. As soon as they are done looking into 22 year old DUI convictions.
....and my wife just happened to work at the same law firm as his wife....at the same time.....
Why can’t Obama have the courage of his convictions and say he’s a socialist? I mean, we can all tell he is by his policy proposals. But why can’t he mouth the words? What is he afraid of?
Oh, right, know one would elect him if they knew what his life has been building towards.
he won’t be elected, not if we can help it
The media will be on this after they are done looking for expired fishing licenses.
I agree it is a must read. And it was. Last week. No offense intended but it’s a little stale. I’m looking forward to hearing from Mr. Kurtz when he finishes his review.

Interview with Bill Ayers:
On Progressive Education, Critical Thinking and the Cowardice of Some in Dangerous Times

“This is a guy who lives in my neighborhood. . . . He’s not somebody who I exchange ideas from on a regular basis.”
LOL, He’s your friend, you were on committees together, and he served on your state senate campaign.
I did a search and can't find a previous post. It's just as important now as it was last week.
When and how did he get access?
Thanks
bttt
Obama the CAC didn’t exchange ideas with Ayers, while they were spending $100 million+ on a failed project. Maybe that’s why they failed?
Either way, Obama looks like a gullible careless idiot, which is why the MSM has received their orders from David Axelrod to do the suck-up thing and just walk on by.
I hope that somewhere in those files are picturs of BO and BA together, gripping and grinning.
The Daley Library finally released the papers on 8/26/08. Of course there was plenty of time for them to be Bergerized.
Thank you for update.
It was new to me: particularly the 2002 conference Obama shared with Ayers AND Dohrn, paid for by your friendly neighborhood the taxpayers of the US.. (er, local community organizer groups).
I just read the article you referenced. Ayers’ views on public school education are identical to those being espoused by BHO, only, unlike Ayers, he doesn’t come right out and say he is a good communist. This is really scary.
