I dunno, this whole story sounds pretty iffy. I’m keeping an eye on it, but I’m not convinced yet.

"The friend's name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, from Texas," Sutton said. "He is the principal adviser to one of the world's richest men. He told me about Obama."

Would that be the BinLaden family???

“The friend’s name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, from Texas..”

Is that why some people refere to Obambi as the “Mansourian Candidate”?

Very clever.

From the get-go I have wanted to know where Obama got the money to pay for his schooling at Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard.

If it were not for Investors Business Daily and the Wall Street Journal, there would be no mainstream media questioning Obama’s past.

Why should the Saudi-funded Al Qaeda attack the White House when it’s far easier to just elect one of their own to it?

So how did this unaccomplished community organizer rise to fame and fortune?

Obama is a post turtle. You know that
* he didn't get there by himself
* he doesn't belong there
* he can't get anything done while he's up there

excerpt:

...Although many Americans have never heard of Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour (his full name), he is well known within the black community as a lawyer, an orthodox Muslim, a black nationalist, an author, an international deal-maker, an educator, and an outspoken enemy of Israel.

A graduate of Howard University with a law degree from the University of California, al-Mansour sits on numerous corporate boards, including the Saudi African Bank and Chicago-based LaGray Chemical Co. LaGray, which was formed to do business in Africa, counts former Nigerian President General Abdusalam Abubakar on its advisory board.

He also sits on the board of the non-profit African Leadership Academy, along with top McCain for President adviser Carly Fiorina, and organized a tribute to the President of Ghana at the Clinton White House in 1995, along with pop star Michael Jackson.

But his writings and books are packed with anti-American rhetoric reminiscent of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s disgraced former pastor.

In a 1995 book, “The Lost Books of Africa Rediscovered,” he alleged that the United States was plotting genocide against black Americans.

The first “genocide against the black man began 300 years ago,” he told an audience in Harlem at a book-signing, while a second “genocide” was on the way “to remove 15 million Black people, considered disposable, of no relevance, value or benefit to the American society.”

In the 1960s, when he founded the African American Association in the San Francisco Bay area, he was known as Donald Warden.

According to the Social Activism Project at the University of California at Berkley, Warden, a.k.a. Khalid al-Mansour, was the mentor of Black Panther Party founder Huey Newton and his cohort, Bobby Seale....

http://www.cashill.com/natl_general/is_khalid_mansour.htm

...Apparently, al-Mansour serves on the Board of, among others, Saudi African Bank and was responsible for the Africa investment activities of Kingdom Holdings, Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal’s investment company.

Two other details argue for this al-Mansour’s involvement in Obama’s academic and literary careers. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University and has authored 24 books.

In short, al-Mansour fits the profile of the political godfather. When I was speculating whose “purposeful intervention” had steered Obama’s career through its rough spots, I could not have imagined a more likely candidate...

Islamic Studies Gets $20M Gift
Mayor Giuliani once spurned Saudi prince’s altruism, but Harvard embraces billionaire

The world’s fifth wealthiest man, Saudi Arabian Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, is donating $20 million to Harvard to expand Islamic studies, the University announced yesterday.

The donation will be used to launch a University-wide Islamic studies program and to endow four senior professorships, according to a press release. The gift will also fund a new initiative, the Islamic Heritage Project, which will digitize classic Islamic texts and make them available via the internet...

Did anyone catch the fact that Obama answered ORielly the other night, concerning Islamic terrorists,of whom Obama replied “...who have perverted the faith of Islam”, as being a rather unusual comment coming from a self-descibed Christian American “patriot” running for POTUS?
That remark seemed to have a strangely personal edge to the way he said it. Seemed odd to me.

http://www.blackpast.org/?q=aah/black-panther-party

...Founded in October of 1966 in Oakland, California by Huey Newton and Bobby Seale, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense (BPP) became the most famous black power organization of the late 1960s. Newton and Seale met in 1965 at Merritt College where they were exposed to a burgeoning wave of Black Nationalism, inspired in part by the Afro-American Association, established by Don Warden at the University of California, Berkeley in 1962...

Obama Had Close Ties to Top Saudi Adviser at Early Age (Black Panthers Link)

...But al-Mansour’s (aka DONALD WARDEN sponsorship of Obama as a prospective Harvard law student is important for another reason beyond his Islamic and anti-American rhetoric and early Black Panther ties.

At the time Percy Sutton, a former lawyer for Malcolm X and a former business partner of al-Mansour, says he was raising money for Obama’s graduate school education, al-Mansour was representing top members of the Saudi Royal family seeking to do business and exert influence in the United States...

sorry for going off topic - I’m looking for threads involving that weird statement Obama made about having a citizen militia-type group that is just as well funded as our military?

Anyone know how I can get a hold of that?

I’d like to spread that one around.

Interesting that neither name of Obama’s supporter show up on David Horowitz’x website: Discover the Network. Since David was involved with Black Panthers, etc in San Francisco in the late 60s, I was hoping that he would have some info on this guy.
