The tumor apparently involves somewhere between the right side of the optic chiasm to the right visual cerebral cortex. [Primary visual area(= striate cortex)] The right side of each retina is made for the left visual field. The image on the retina is inverted. (Contralateral means opposite side)

Although I wish Mr. Novak a speedy recovery from his disease, I have to correct him. The Corvette that hit the man did not just do it by itself. If that was the case, we could blame all accidents on the vehicles, not the drivers. Don't let him drive again.
