Did you see Megyn Kelly just dismantle this general? Hope her interview is on YouTube soon.

Megyn is fearless lately in trying to keep her interviewees on topic.

You need to revise the 3 years thing. The surge is a little more than 15 months old (active ground ops).

“I think that the surge has succeeded in ways that nobody anticipated,”

I think most people anticipated that the surge would work a whole lot better than abject capitulation.

Voting against winning the war is a small point? They must think the right is as stupid as their left, another miscalculation on their part.

“The surge was above his pay grade.”

Worth repeating.

I just read the article. More “nuancing” of what he’s said in the past moving him to the center. No indication if BOR called him on any of it. I would tend to doubt it.

It’s not the surge Obama remembers.

Everything? Even having sex with Mahmoud?

No but I did see her field strip that jerk from US Weekly this morning. All he could do was smile weekly and try to keep from crying! She’s having a good day!

He opposed the surge before he was in favor of it.

And he was never in favor of it until he found out it worked. Obama is such a typical gutless wonder. Afraid to admit (vote for) that hard tactics and surge that was needed, then afraid to recognize the good that resulted, then afraid to say he was wrong. Who needs this narcissistic scaredy cat? Not only is he unqualified and inexperienced to be a leader of anything let alone our country, he is an angry little man who keeps unraveling in front of the Dems eyes, and they are "stuck" with him!

Obama always was a marshmallow (all fluff, no substance)...and now he is getting toasted.

I like the confidence ZerO shows in our military.

I still can’t believe this clown is this close to anything important.

This may work out to McCain’s favor. I’m thinking some last minute speech additions possibly? He was against the surge before he admitted it worked. But we should leave Iraq anyway right? Afterall, god forbid the horrific USA actually win a war and prove all the lefties wrong...sorry for the sarcasm. This election year makes me cranky heh.

“I think that the surge has succeeded in ways that nobody anticipated” -Barack Obama”

If McCain doesn’t grab this for a campaign ad, he’s crazy. This is on a platter.

“I’ve already said it’s succeeded beyond our wildest dreams.”

Of course he was originally calling for an immediate Iraq pullout. Obama is not believable and actually is downright deceptive. A smooth operator and a charming charlatan.
