How lucky can a blogger be? Im working out of the Salem Radio Network booth, where they have kindly allowed me to hijack their internet connection while I grab people passing through Radio Row. Our good friend and Fox News analyst Amanda Carpenter agreed to do a short interview about the Sarah Palin speech. She talks about the unhinged reaction, including a work Paul Begala used to describe Palin on CNN last night:
What made Sarah Palin a b***h in Paul Begalas opinion are the very qualities that would be described as tough and strong in a man. The fact that Begala had to fall back to this hoary epithet thrown at strong, successful women shows the level to which Democratic desperation has risen. They are running in fear of Palin and the way she exposes their hypocrisy.
Meanwhile, Cassy Fiano has launched a project of her own to show solidarity with Sarah Palin against the onslaught of sexist media attacks:

I’ve changed my tagline.
It DID say “the elephant has fallen and can’t get up.”
Paul Begala must live in topsy-turvy land. In his twisted worldview, Sarah Palin is a b-—h, and hilary is a viable candidate!?!?!?!?!?!
Many men have had female supervisors who were bitchy. Many men have also worked with females who were hired or promoted BECAUSE they were female. Palin impresses me as one who has succeeded because of her own efforts and with a great deal of integrity. She has not used her gender to be hired and promoted over more qualified males. Therefore I accept her on her merits and support her with enthusiasm.
I am Sarah Palin!
(Because I believe in her ability to make the government work FOR us, not against us!)
This is no cult of personnality. I believe she has what it takes! She’s proven her mettle.
Yeah, Roger Simon’s a ‘really nice guy’. He’s a hack with no qualms about making up ‘news’ whole cloth.
I posted last night, before the speech that someone in the media would call Palin a “B!tch”
I have to run right now, but if someone wants to search my recent posts, feel free to do so and re-post my prediction.
The left is flipping out.
Yesterday, Roger Slimon did a hit piece on Palin saying she’s not qualified because the state of Alaska doesn’t have enough people in it. What a maroon.
I LOVE your new tag line...
Sarah's really making them come unhinged over there.
As predicted by me:

Rodney Dangerfield to All
After tomorrow night, who will be the first in the MSM to call her the B word?
I guarantee you, its going to happen.
The left has become completely unhinged over this pick.
A Black female writer for a Baltimore paper said if McCain wins, there will be race riots.
Dont underestimate the media: They trashed Bush and brought down his job approval rating despite an above average economy, and they can and will do the same to Palin and McCain, while building up Obama.
Dont expect much of a bounce, as the media will make Palin out to be an evil woman.
The best hope is the debates, where Obama will stutter and stammer without a teleprompter.
I am truly sorry to read about the treatment of such a good supervisor. Good people are worth their weight in gold. And to be balanced, some of the absolute worst scum supervisors I had were male. I still spit at their memory.
