The Jews I know distrust Evangelicals on cultural — read liberal — issues; and an awful lot of secular Jews aren’t particularly supportive of Israel, their being Jews notwithstanding.

Most American Jews don't like believing, serious Christians. There is a lot of vicious, mean-spirited, anti-Christian bigotry among secular American Jews: look at the way they mock Christianity and stereotype Christians in Hollywood and the TV sitcoms. No news here.

Yes, I noticed the ONE issue, that one of these “Jewish leaders” mentioned, was Palin’s anti-abortion stance. I found it rather stunning coming from a religious leader—or are they just the race-based, nonpracticing organization?
