No she didn't.
and said that she welcomes competition in politics.
Her statement was: "Ive always said that competition is so good, and that applies to political parties as well."
i.e. Conservative Third Parties as the A.I.P., i.e. outside of the framework of just the Dems and GOP,
That's YOUR SUGGESTION not supported by her statement. There's nothing wrong with sending a cordial greeting to a bunch of conventioners!
Furthermore, she distinguished her administration from the AIP by saying, I share your partys vision of upholding the constitution of our great state. My administration remains focused on reining in government growth so individual liberty and opportunity can expand. I know you agree with that.
finally, she clearly offered encouragement and success. The AIP was once a potent political party in Alaska. Why shouldn't she be cordial?
This is nothing more than a mean and small-minded attempt to harm a person of goodwill.
Oh, and by-the-way, Palin was an official of the campaign of Steve Forbes --not Pat Buchanan.
PS there is an early Christmas gift for you as we speak, starting right now on another thread I started about Palin about three minutes ago. Go check it out. Keep up the fight, OK?
Is it just me...or have the DUmmies come out to play?
Shall we also post what the Chairman of the AIP in Alaska said to her in return—including recognition of her past work with that Third Party? That is also out there for the record. But, I warn you, you wont like it.
