These ads seem particularly sleazy - herbs masquerading as drugs claiming to treat medical conditions playing on fear and embarrassment.

want a refund do you?"
"All $9,719.00 Bob."

"..but must forfeit $500 million..."
They have that much money!

Yeah, who is gonna ask for a refun with this requirement
>>Among their most egregious offenses was a requirement of a Notarized statement from a doctor certifying that they had a small penis.<<
They probably have every cent they ever made with that requirement.

Among their most egregious offenses was a requirement of a Notarized statement from a doctor certifying that they had a small penis. Amazingly, remarkably few customers availed themselves of the refund offerWhat was amazing about the fact that very few of the customers wanted to get a notarized statement from their doctor that they had a little tiny tallywacker? Would anyone here wish to do that? What if the notary, the doctor, or a nurse talked?

This guy’s a sleeze. But I’ve had great luck with my Chinese herbal doc. I don’t even know where my regular cane is.
To: gondramB
I would convict them even if the product worked simply because the commercials were so annoying. :)

I certainly did not mean that herbs are never helpful.
In fact many drugs are isolations of substances from herbs.

Is the convicted individual Steve Warshak the person pictured, or is that pic simply some unknown actor paid to portray the grinning customer for their advertisements?

Ingredients
Despite being a compound of herbs, minerals, and vitamins, Enzyte formerly promoted itself under a fake scientific name of Suffragium asotas. While Enzyte's manufacturer claims this phrase translates as "better sex," this is incorrect; suffragium in Latin means vote, and asotas is not a Latin word at all. Harvard teaching fellow Rhett Martin says that the phrase might be an error for suffragor asotis, meaning "refuge for the dissipated."[2]

The sleazy character was convicted last February. He has had six months to “get his affairs in order.” Why does he need another thirty days? Lock him up!
