Well isnt that special, now the McCain camp can spend the next couple of weeks having the focus of their campaign revolve around the pregnant unwed daughter of their VP choice. Im sure that was the plan all along it helps to quell the questions over McCains age & ability to lead. /sarcasm
Ron Paul 08
Obviously McCain and his vetters knew this would be a problem..which is why they didnt release this info when they announced Palin as the nominee last week.
This is bad for the McCain campaign. Real conservatives will not support this, no matter how much James Dobson tries to CYA himself...or the McCainiacs here use their liberal rationalizations to explain things away
Keep on wishful thinking...lol
If you’re saying the election should still revolve around policy choices, and that McCain’s policies could be better, I agree. On the other hand, I’m not sure what you’re saying “real conservatives” don’t support: of course “real conservatives” don’t favor unwed pregnancy, but I know of no conservative principle violated when, under the circumstances, parents such as the Palins (and Dobson) actually want a family built rather than torn apart.
Dream on
Any real conservative would agree with me that this is a NON ISSUE, and if you’d care to settle that with a duel, I’m all for that too (but you’ll need to get the law changed so they won’t send me to jail for it eh).
Who selected you to define “Real conservatives”?
I'm no McCainiac, either. Those who vote third-party throw away their votes. I was going to throw mine away until Palin came up. She is a conservative, and a human. We need real people in government, not tin saints.
