OK, the Target in Wasilla opens in October. I say we buy Target gift cards, or (cringe) Walmart, as there's one of those, too. Then we send them off. That way, the Palin family can either use them or donate them to other young mothers. What do you think?
Seriously, eons ago, my sisters and I threw a shower-by-mail for another sister who lived halfway across the country. Every other week (paydays)I collected and mailed off her "baby shower". It had to have been the longest ever baby shower on record!
