There’s another thread here with links to Alan Colmes’ website, where he’s posted a blog stating that Governor Palin was pregnant before she got married, since it was supposedly less than 8 months after she got married that Track was born. Oh the horror! Even if true, does anyone really care? I think it just shows what a slimeball Colmes is.

If asked point blank about it I’m betting she would grin and cheerfully admit it. I would imagine that a random survey of a thousand happily married couples with big families would find that more than 10 percent jumped the gun on the first one.

It was actually 37 weeks after she was married.

supposedly less than 8 months after she got married The libs are always putting cart before the horse, marriage being just a piece of paper and possibly inconvenient. I suppose they are trying to run off the Christians, but even if the story was true, she would have shown she could take responsibility for her actions. The aforementioned libs would have just killed the little thing before it got too inconvenient or too big to scream.

I had one of those “pre-mature” 8lb 10oz babies! She was born 6 months after I was married. So what! My mother-in-law said that the first baby can come anytime, the next take 9 months....At least the Palins are still married and happy to be together.

Colmes also claimed in another post that Trig might have Down Syndrome because of “stress” during the pregnancy. Maybe he also believes that flies spontaneously generate from wet leaves? Seems like the Party of Science and Reason needs to go back to Biology 101.

since it was supposedly less than 8 months after she got married that Track was born. It is simply amazing how many first born children are premature. ;-)

"...supposedly less than 8 months after she got married that Track was born..."
If true,(which I doubt), at least she didn't choose abortion...either time.
If true, (which I doubt), the libs didn't care that billy bob clinton got a BJ on the Great Seal in the Oval Office...so why should they care about this?
If true, (which I doubt), at least they got married and didn't run down to the welfare office for some obamatitlements.
I'm thinking that Palin doesn't look at it as being "punished with a baby!".

It is a well known fact that the gestation period of a full term first child can range anywhere from 2 weeks to 9 months.
It is only subsequent pregnancies that run a full 9 months.
