If Fowler truly believes that Palin has nothing to offer except for being a woman, he’s truly unqualifed for his position. If he doesn’t realize that Palin has just united the conservative base and brought in a lot of disinterested voters, he’s a moron. But I guess that’s obvious.

This was the most important thing McCain needed to do. All the rest that results is frosting on the cake. With an energized base, McCain will win. That is the part the dumbocrats can’t fathom.
