In fact, Palin supports a constitutional amendment for that would reverse the Alaska Supreme Court ruling.

I believe that any american should be able to designate anyone else to receive their worldly goods in case of their demise, or to visit them in a hospital, or to have the power of attorney necessary to make decisions in their name.
