A lot of them come to Texas (especially the Houston area) b/c they have family here.
no doubt... some of the left over from Katrina! But, still... they may just be running INTO the storm, instead of away from it...
Just get inland a few miles, at higher elevation... and, ride it out. That was always my plan.
People in NOrth Houston should be PROHIBITED from evacuating... they just clog up the roads for no reason.
