Casey Anthony arrested again in Orlando

ORANGE COUNTY, FL -- Orange County Sheriff Deputies arrested Casey Anthony Friday night and charged her with multiple white-collar crimes.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office spokesman, Captain Angelo Nieves, Anthony was charged with forgery, theft, and using fraudulent information.

Anthony was released last week when bounty hunter Leonard Padilla posted her bail. Padilla says Anthony may return because he is concerned for her safety. Reports on Wednesday that samples taken from Casey Anthony's car indicate that, at some point, there was a decomposing body in the trunk.

Earlier this month, the Orange County Sheriff's Office sent air samples taken from the trunk to the University of Tennessee's Body Farm for analysis. The car was found abandoned in an Amscot parking lot. Casey reportedly has been offered limited immunity if she will help detectives find Caylee. But the offer has a time limit. It's not clear what the offer of limited immunity amounts to. Caylee Anthony was reported missing in July.

Casey was jailed after being charged with child neglect and lying to investigators. Padilla posted the bond for her release last week.

What’s the NEW charge?

What’s the bail raised to now?

I totally agree. Does FL have the death penalty?

I know. Her parents know way too much and should be charged if found guilty.

This presents an interesting situation.

Padilla will get back his $50,000 on the last bail since she was rearrested on another charge.

Does this mean he can bail her out again?

Yes, Florida does have the death penalty!!!

I'd personally like to fire up ole sparky for her.

She's pure evil. She KNOWS what she did.

Looks like they don't have enough to charge her with murder ... or not ready to do that yet. I just hope the bond is so excessive that these publicity seeking bondmen move on and stop using this for TV promotiion. This Padillo guy or whatever his name is, is USING this to promote himself. He has a TV show coming up in the fall as a “Bounty Hunter”. He needs to back off and GO HOME.

He can, but he won’t. He was saying either this morning or yesterday morning that he wanted to revoke her bail.

I hope not!

They need to jack it up to make sure he can’t meet it.

Then he changed his mind after meeting with her attorney again. In other words he flip-flopped. He claimed he was too concerned about HER SAFETY!

GEESH!

I won't be watchng HIS TV show premiering in the Fall -

Bounty Hunters.

They used to, just ask Ted Bundy!

At 7:06 a.m. local time on January 24, 1989, Ted Bundy was executed in the electric chair at Florida State Prison in Starke, Florida. His last words were, "I'd like you to give my love to my family and friends." Then, more than 2,000 volts were applied across his body for less than two minutes. He was pronounced dead at 7:16 a.m. Several hundred people were gathered outside the prison and cheered when they saw the signal that Bundy had been declared dead.

She stole her gf’s checkbook and wrote a couple of checks at Winn-Dixie. it is also being reported that DNA evidence has been found in her car (decomposed, and still unidentified)

Ah so they need to identify that before they can arrest her. In that state you can go after someone for murder without a body BUT you need to be able to PROVE that Casey murdered her. She could and will lie about that. Then most likely need something to make this stick.
