Damn, I must have been asleep for a while or something. Didn’t realize she’d been convicted of murder, or even charged. OK so she is most likely a murdering sociopath, I’d just like to see some charges and maybe, I don’t know, a conviction.

It’s 3 minor charges ... nothing to do with Caylee except the fraudulent information given to the police ( I’m fairly sure that’s how they described that charge ).

No official murder charges yet, since as soon as the charges are laid, speedy trial kicks in, you have to lay out your case in your warrant applications, witnesses clam up, Defense discovery starts etc.
Wait, take your time, build an airtight case, arrest them, let them spend three nights in jail on no bond, they will cut a deal.
