Savage may be wrong about the Palin pick being an instant lost of the Presidency for McCain, but his argument is we already have one President without balls as Commander-In-Chief, do we really need another one?
Quite frankly, I’m starting to wonder if Savage has a problem with strong women. First he called Ann Coulter an anti-semite, now he’s dissing Gov. Palin.

Well, I was a Romney man first, Pawlenty a reluctant okay, but Palin, not even on my radar, she seems to have come out of nowhere, I don’t recall her getting this much adoration on FR as a possible GREAT VP pick that she is getting now that she is the pick, so it seems there’s something amiss and I’m not convinced it’s because she was the most ‘qualified’ pick.

he is VERY full of himself and TOTALLY wrong on Bush and I am frankly with Levin in thinking that he is simply trying to be controversial and is a back stabber to conservatives in many ways

Based on his resume, I’d say Wesley Clark is more ‘qualified’ to be C-I-C than a Palin, he just would be better suited for the North Korean military.
He says Mccain will lose because she won't help him win: that remains to be seen.

You don't put a woman in a position to do a man's job if there are qualified men that you can find to do it. There are exceptions to this rule, but I guarantee you that no one here knows enough about Palin that can safely say she is a Margaret Thatcher in waiting.
He IS wrong in saying that by picking Palin it makes him look like he's "throwing" the election.

Savage doesn’t take people who disagree with him unless they are flaming liberals, I’ve noticed.
She will help him win what he needs to win most (and doesn’t have): the conservative base.
Obviously there are no qualified men who want the job (of VP).
