AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, Doctor of Democracy, and Chief of the Patriotism Police. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

Ain’t ya glad I dragged ya into that question? LOL!
Of course, if I hadn’t omitted the html for ‘paragraph’ after the question I was responding to, this thread may have taken a different turn.
Sorry.

I heard a report that some of the press covering the speech were actually applauding and cheering for Barry.

I’m really excited about this pick. I had looked her up about 3-4 months ago and liked what I saw. Conservative, lower taxes, fights corruption, pro-life, hunts, fishes... all good.
I was so bummed by our republican candidates when we voted in the primary here in Texas that I didn’t even vote. Now I’m excited.

I'm very happy about McCain's Veep pick. Didn't think he had it in him.
This will take many conservatives off the fence....we now have an ACTUAL CONSERVATIVE to vote FOR. Further, this means that the conservative movement IS the future of the Republican party. Sarah Palin now is likely to be the first woman President of the United States.
You can just FEEL the energy crackling from the McCain campaign now.....I'm expecting McCain to come out of his convention with a Pole Vault of a Bounce!

I know--what's the hold-up?!? I also went to
www.bumpertalk.com, my favorite bumpersticker site, which is usually very rapid, and thay don't have them, either. I e-mailed them to ask them to hurry, and told them I'd buy lots!

Some idiot on the Ebay board is claiming the following:
I just heard her comment on Hillary Clinton, who was apparently her classmate in college: she disparages Hillary because the latter wore slacks a lot in college and had short hair, whereas she (McCain's runnning mate) usually wore skirts.
Yep, that qualifies Ms. Alaska as the woman who has her finger on the pulse of the issues that matter most to American women.
Obviously, Palin is nowhere near Hillary's age and couldn't have been her classmate, but did anyone ever hear her say such as thing?
To: Digger
I didn’t ask the question. I repeated it so the questioner understood what I was talking about ... and I repeat, I couldn’t care less what her religion is, therefore, I wouldn’t bother to “look it up as I did”.

Exactly, this is what is so good about this pick. There is no question on whether or not she is authentic or not.
