There’s a bigger story at play here..the oxygen (which was thin enough at Mile High last night) has been completely sucked out of the Obama speech from last night.
There’s not a single talking head on the news channels that are talking about the Obama speech.

That can’t be ignored. This can kill any serious bump for Obama and magnify any bump for McCain with the GOP convention coming up. If it’s all about the big MO then McCain might have scored big. Next opportunity for Obama to star large is the debates.

This is why I’ve been noting for the last week how brilliant a campaign McCain’s staff has been running.
