Are they gonna repeal the state and local gas taxes then? Because it seems to me drivers are already paying through the nose.

Well, yes, but this is actually a good idea, especially if you have a car that you dont drive much and only use for Sunday drives, etc But that means doing away with "group" rates where rates are normalized because you have high users and low users that balance the costs.

Personally I've never liked the fact...that if I own 5 cars..and I'm the only driver...I have to have full insurance on every car.
I can only drive one at a time.
