Very interesting news. Casey goes back to jail!

She won’t get off scott free. There’s plenty of circumstancial evidence. There was a body in her car. The child is missing. The mother shows no emotion. Etc.

There are no witnesses in this case, but a similar "accident" happened here a few years back. A man "fell overboard" off his boat way out in the Gulf of Mexico. A body was never found. Wifey collects on a huge insurance policy that was just a few weeks old. She was convicted IIRC.......

There must have been some strong evidence of foul play. Maybe she has defensive wounds from him fighting back ... Or maybe she did not contact authorities quickly.

You still need to show, motive, opportunity, means, etc., and those can be established without the decedent's body.

I believe Padilla had two motives - find Caylee alive if it were remotely possible and get some publicity. He’s really just a Lawyer-Lite, but not as despicable.
