AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, Doctor of Democracy, and Chief of the Patriotism Police. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).
Did you catch where Huckster claimed he cut taxes?
Tomorrow is the anniversary of Dr King's, "I Have A Dream' speech.
ditto
I like Keaton but Chaplin gets old fast with me.
I didn’t see the similarities in AH. But a very good friend of mine has always been nuts about the movie and Mr.FF thought it was funny.
I know I’m wierd.
“Huck thinks he can put on this Aww shucks type persona and get away with any lie he tells, meanwhile, sneering down at all of us.” ~ IMissPresidentReagan
Like Michelle Obama and the “Progressive Religious Movement” (aka “Religious Left), Huckabee believes that America is too mean.
Pete Wehner at NRO took issue with the first two paragraphs of a Huckabee essay in Foreign Affairs magazine, particularly the claim by Huckabee that were too mean around the world; were trying to dominate the world, and we need to be more like a top high school student, modest about our abilities and achievements, generous, and then we will be loved. If we keep dominating people, well be despised, and the Bush administrations arrogant and bunker mentality has been counterproductive at home and abroad. - National Review Online http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=NjgzMzYzY2Y1ZjAxNTg5YzAzNzY2MjMwOWYxNWM0ZTc

This is going to be an issue which evangelicals are going to look at when they cast their ballots, Cizik said. .. But only Republican former Gov. Mike Huckabee of Arkansas otherwise considered among the more conservative candidates in the race has explicitly aligned himself with the creation care movement. .. In fact, I think even McCain would Laugh Out Loud if Fred Thompson’s name were suggested for Veep. LOL!
I’m with Lewis Black on the whole “No one from Arkansas should ever be allowed to run for President again.” thing.
It just peeves me to see Huck out there acting like he was sooooo wounded by negative ads, when he called a freaking press conference to play an ad he wouldn’t play on tv (probably b/c he didn’t have the $$ for air time). No one EVER calls this phoney on it.
ditto that
Simple answer.....he's a politician.....that's what they do.
Long answer...he's a politician, he doesn't want to be pictured as a pawn in the McCain campaign.
Remember, the second ballot at the first ever WVGOP Presidential Convention was over before 1PM on Super Tuesday. All afternoon all you heard was that Romney had lost WV to a third tier candidate.
Obama gave Bill “permission” to say whatever he likes!
How Magnanimous!
Great tagline!
“If anybody wants to know when it started going south for Obama, it started in Ohio and Texas with OPERATION CHAOS.” ~ Rush Limbaugh :)
Of course, we’re now in Phase Two, as Mrs. Clinton will continue to bloody up Obama all the way to election day in November where it will reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaally go south for Obama -— IN A LANDSIDE. LOL
Stole it from Robert Zimmerman
Help us all!!!
Fred Thompson? LOL! (respectfully). I don’t think he caught on in the GOP ... much less would he catch on with disaffected angry Hillary supporters. That is if McCain wants to actually win the election.
Tom Coburn would be an excellent choice! Though too conservative for McC
Wonder if he’s been vetted..
Speaking of taglines.
