Documents released Tuesday by the University of Illinois at Chicago shed some light on Barack Obamas relationship with William Ayers, a founding member of the 1960s and 1970s radical group the Weather Underground.
Obamas association with Ayers, who now teaches at the university, has become an issue in the Illinois senators presidential campaign. The Weather Underground took credit for several nonfatal bombings on targets that included the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol, and critics accuse Obama of rubbing elbows with an unabashed 1960s radical.
Obama has said that, although he knew Ayers as a professor involved in community outreach efforts in Chicago, he doesnt share Ayers extreme views.
The massive collection of newly released documents 140 boxes full of them includes agendas that clearly put Obama and Ayers in the same room for meetings of Chicago Annenberg Challenge, an educational initiative that Ayers was instrumental in starting and that Obama chaired in the 1990s.

Oh really Barry...you might have been able to slither out of this one if you fessed up at the start. But since you said, Ayers is just someone you knew in the neighborhood then it shows you to be a liar to coverup something you wish to hide--like your views are extreme as well.
This guy is teaching??????
Yes and whoops.
Not many people starts their political career at EIGHT. Hmmmm!!!
Remember Obama said Ayers was “some English professor” after he had worked with him on the Annenberg education project. An Axelrod talking point dishonesty that I hope comes back to bite.
Yep, gotta love our liberal bastions of higher education.
The only place Ayers should be teaching is GED classes to fellow convicts in prison. The guy is an anti-American disgrace.
4am bump! ;-)
I saw a bit of Greta with Stanley Kurtz.
She seemed open to the possibility that The One may be a Zero.
Though, it will have to be proved to her.
However, kudos to Greta for reporting on this matter.
Just who would you have in mind?
I can't wait...;o)
Thank you for the post!
You have one awesome, and very informative, homepage!
And, that’s not to mention one awesome post.
Thank you!
LOL!
You are SO right!
“Swiftboated” is about to go under the bus along with “racist”.
Obama, and the ‘Rats, are changing our culture more than they know. ;o)
He's an education professor so...no. ;o)
At least he's not teaching in the good way that the word "teaching" connotes.
I’m thinking Che and perhaps Mao, though I’m sure the original implication leaned more in a starched-shirt direction.
You are thnking along the correct lines.
Heck...some of their campaign offices sport at least one “Che” poster.
All you have to do is connect the dots.
What are we doing up so early? :)
The sense of Long March now gathering the hordes at the gates is what calls up my inference. They seem to think they are on the brink of finally toppling constitutional US governance while piously pretending to preserve it.
I’m figuring that most ordinary Americans take a good long look and recognize the barely-contained gloating of the vandal about to ransack the house in those faces gathered in Denver. That’s yet another unintended benefit of the endless campaign they thought they could wear us all down with. Sure, many of us are sick and tired of having to pay attention to political wannabes, but in the course of this endless loop they call their campaign, they themselves have lost patience with having to wait to extort and expropriate. They want the world and they’re getting a little tired of having to wait just a few days more before they can feast on it.
So that’s pretty effective payback. Hope they learn from it.
Think they won’t.
"They seem to think they are on the brink of finally toppling constitutional US governance while piously pretending to preserve it."
Hasn't that been their modus operandi since...forever?

I'm impressed! You really know how to turn a phrase, and be right on the money at the same time.
IOW, you aren't a blowhard. ;o)
"Think they wont."
On that, we absolutely agree.
“We” seem to have this problem about once a week. Usually it’s Thursday night, but I guess ‘we’ got an early start on things this week.

Yeah, but what I mean is, after having launched the March back in the Sixties in earnest, they now are on the brink of actually achieving it. There were a lot of interim steps needed along the way (William Ayers exhibits one of them, Keith Olbermann another) but if they can just get their Indonesian Idol in place, he will be able to stand there, awe the yokels and keep them from seeing the furtive scurrying going on, just out of range of the camera lights.

It’s a near-run thing on many occasions. Glad I kept my balance on the coping this time. Thanks.
Obama had to have been handpicked/vetted by Bill Ayers for his own organization.
Any gaping holes in the info-chain should be evident.
Remember, like China, these people are used to controlling everything.
It's time to beat down the Manchurian candidate.
It's time to beat down American-haters and terrorists/rapists like Ayers and his slut wife, Dohrn.
Let's roll.
