Yep, it's the same-old scare tactics. Conservatives don't march in lockstep with their party like libs do. We are independent thinkers and can't be herded like cattle. That's what pisses off the GOP establishment and their sycophants.

Whenever I encounter such a phrase, I know it does not come from a conservative. Maybe a Republican, but not a conservative.
