Tears streaming down her face, she is confronted by police - a teenage girl apparently planning to blow herself up in front of an Iraqi school.
The officers handcuffed her to a metal balustrade before moving in with extreme caution to uncover a vest full of explosives hidden under her colourful robe.
The dramatic scenes were captured on a video shot by the police.

Police in Baqouba, where the girl was caught on Sunday, said she was fitted with the vest by female relatives of her husband, whom she married five months ago.
They also claimed that the girl's father was a suicide bomber, and her mother and one of her sisters were later arrested.
However, U.S. sources said that the girl turned herself in after being hooked up to the explosives against her will.

That girl is 15??? She looks 35 years old.
Compare her to those, ahem, 16 year old Chinese gymnast. Those gymnast were 10 years old.
My guess is, they figured that would help hide the explosive belt beneath.

I was thinking they probably marked her for other conduct, and rather waste the chance on a generic honor-killing, decided to, ahem, kill two birds with one stone and make it a homicide bombing. This probably explains the rise in female bombers as much as anything else.
I think the guy is trying to number close but he hasn't built enough rapport. Also, the pistol and ammo belt peacocking is probably a little too over the top for day game. She's desperately eye-coding her girlfriends to come cockblock this AFC. His handcuffing her to the balustrade was a lousy opening gambit and he probably violated the 3-second rule, with her wearing that suicide vest and all. Talk about your major bitch shield!
I know I shouldn't make light of such a serious situation but taken in this context, the second picture strikes me as strangely out of place. If you don't know what the hell I'm talking about, google 'Mystery Method.' It was a cable show about pickup artist.
