Presumably, not many FReepers would have gone along with what Ameriquest Mortgage did either.  I certainly didn't go along quietly.  I, and others, did everything we could to plug Argent's (Ameriquest's wholesale counterpart) loopholes once we figured out what was going on there;  but that didn't prevent the socialist Sub-Prime wealth redistribution fiasco  we're all now watching, and feeling, unravel.

 

It seems to me that the Credit Crisis was due, in no small part, to what was effectively a socialist policy that was implemented via a Corporation called Ameriquest (among others).

 

 

The presumption here on FR seems to be that Corporations and Capitalists are always Conservative; but that presumption is in error, as clearly demonstrated by Ameriquest and the Communist Chinese "Capitalists".

 

The Communist Chinese are Corporatists, and they are surely becoming Capitalists - but they are decidedly NOT running a Free Republic.

 

 

If the socialists/marxists take over the American corporation, the 1st amendment is a weapon they will try to take from us as surely as they've gone after the 2nd.

 

We need look no further than Colorado SB200 to see that is true.

Ameriquest was privately held by Roland Arnal, so a stock boycott wouldn't have worked.

 

The remnants of Ameriquest's parent company were acquired by Citigroup - whose largest single investor is Saudi Prince Abdul Aziz.  

 

Who's going to buy out the Saudi's and fire their board?

Like the Saudis, the Communist Chinese are using the dollars , paid to them by American consumers, to buy shares in American corporations.

Neither the Saudis nor the Communist are noted for their ideals of Freedom, Individual Equality, or Justice for ALL.

Do you think the Saudis and the Communist Chinese recognize the power of individual speech, afforded to U.S. citizens by the 1st amendment? Will they not eliminate such a threat - if able to buy the power to do so, one share at a time?

Gays are ‘Crucial’ to Democratic Victory  because Rainbow Activists  are the pawns through which religious and political expression is being, and has been, eliminated in the corporate world.

 

They are the Rainbow Trojan Horse that will be used to destroy the 1st amendment - and the Republic.

Also, the Denver LEO’s didn’t arrest the masked scum. If Denver passed the no mask rule for this event, anyone with a mask should have been tased/sprayed and locked up.
