That bolt came from one of the small pistol cross bows and the cat is lucky it did, They are very low powered weapons.
I'm sorry that some idiot shot this kitten but don't consider this moron a hunter. That small weapon is not legal to hunt anything anywhere. It is more of a novelty than anything.
Cats should be restricted and contained just as dogs must be. If you want a cat that is fine with me but I don't want your cat. I don't want it using my flowerbeds as it's private potty station, I do not want it on my truck/car, I don't want it in my yard getting eaten by my dogs, I don't want your cat on my property.
