I tuned in tonight to watch Michelle’s speech because I promised my daughter I would. I thought it was a very beautiful speech. I don’t post very often because I find this to be a sometimes ungracious site, especially more and more, but I think sometimes that maybe we do need a change. I’m not particularly happy with the direction of the country right now, and I find that a lot of the posts that I read here are flat out lies, disinformation, whatever you want to call it. What happened to differentiating on just the issues? That was a classy, humble speech, and I have no doubt that she was speaking truth. She reminded me a bit of Nancy Reagan.

Sorry that I’m not up to speed, but I thought one of the Clintons was going to speak tonight....did something change, did I miss something?

Michelle Obama tried to keep he racist mask on throughout her speech, but her true colors shown through. She's a racist and is trying to con the undecideds in order to gain Hussein more votes. She sat in a racist ‘church’ for 20 years. She obviously agrees with Rev Wrights messages.

Excuse me while I choke on my popcorn!! >:-(
I couldn't watch the whole speech because it literally makes me sick to my stomach listening to baby-killing espousers stand up in front of God and everybody and claim they represent ALL Americans. Feh.
But from the parts that I did catch on Fox News Channel, MO was so obviously reading other peoples' thoughts from the teleprompter, I found myself wondering why her handlers and her husband BO didn't teach her to be more natural with that. And Nancy Reagan?? Nah. More like BO and her handlers are trying to present MO's damaged public image as...
and maybe even in their dreams,
I don't think so!!!

What happened to differentiating on just the issues? That was a classy, humble speech,
The issues revolve around aspects such as who will pay for all of this promised health care, how do we confront terrorist butchers who have announced their intention to destroy our nation etc.. It's really quite easy to play at being a classy, gracious, glib, spokesperson-- as long as no one is asking the hard questions. Krauthammer was right; the speech was typically superficial.

Hilarious nonsense, after 20 years in an racist anti american church, raising her kids in the same church, and spending the last year lecturing us on how terrible we are, no way, shape, or form, can Michelle Obama be humble or sincere.
The evidence just does not back up any claim of her suddenly loving her country, lol.

I suppose a black liberation socialist can be classy and humble. But, no matter how classy you phrase it ... it’s still socialism.

Like I said..I thought she did great and I thought she looked beautiful tonight. Their kids are adorable...but I’m ready to get to the bottom line on all this. What does change mean anyway?

What lies and disinformation would that be?
