A Kenyan birth would scotch his elegibility to serve as POTUS, since the subsequent change to the age at which one parent’s US citizenship would provide citizenship at birth was not made retroactive.

The Indonesian natualization is a red-herring: US law strips one of citizenship if after attaining the age of 18 one renounces one’s US citizenship. If Obama was a US citizen at the time he lived in Indonesia, his parents’ acquisition of Indonesian citizenship, while Indonesia would regard it as stripping him of US citizenship would not meet the US legal test for renunciation of US citizenship.

No one has vetted Obama nor any other Dim nominee since maybe Carter. That is the key to the GOP usually winning the presidency.

The MSM always sees to it the GOP candidate is well vetted. While they never vet the Dim candidate. No surprisingly the more thoroughly vetted candidate usually wins.

I will again ask for someone’s expertiese here that I suggested in another thread.

If Obama is nominated and then found to not be Constitutionally eligible, who steps up to the nomination? The VP or the person who had the second highest number of delegates? What if Hillary really does release her delegates to Obama as a story suggested? The battle between Hairplugs and Satan’s Daughter would be a great deal of fun.

FOR THE RECORD: I have never said that I believe Barry is not a citizen, however, I would love to see this controversy in the news to cause him some grief. A real investigation might be nice.
