One must fight everyday to stay free. The next significant front of this long war with Islam is Legal jihad and it is already happening with significant frequency.

You can expect these conditions to prevail in this country soon enough. The sizeable anti-Christian crowd in this country would like nothing better than to see Christianity disappear and replaced with ANYTHING — even if it means the forcible conversion to Islam.

Didn’t Someone already predict 2000 years ago that His teaching will always be a thorn in the side of mankind? (Who in his “right” mind wants to be held responsible for his actions?) There is very little change from the conditions that Christians had to endure under Rome or now under modern society.

Muslims have succeeded in intimidating much of the world so that by actual and the threatened violence the Western World accepts restrictions on freedom of expression lest Muslims be offended.

This is just another case of "perception is reality", driven by the old propaganda trick that if "you repeat a lie often enough, no matter how outlandish and irrational..."

I personally don't buy it. I will never buy it. And I a convinced that I am not alone.

The rehabilitation of Nazi Germany may actually happen in the dim distant future, based on the "argument" that it's patently unfair to condemn a large cultural group when it included, in numerical terms, a handful of truly noble, good, heroic people. Some actually made the ultimate sacrifice in doing "good". But the overwhelming majority is what drove history and perpetrated atrocities beyond description. A few good men cannot expiate that.

I live in a period of history when evil has spread again, and the atrocities are worse; More widespread, not limited to a few countries surrounding the source of the evil, and unashamedly cloaking itself in the armor of religion, the very element that made that last last assault on civilization so noteworthy but this time claiming to be the victim, not the perpetrator.

This is the mind-boggling inversion of reason and logic, and it "seems" to be working due almost entirely to a new, also irrational, element: political correctness. There is no easy way to overestimate the combined effect, when individually we make the choice to be blind, but we collectively pay the price of stupidity in universal murder and mayhem.

The world is no longer prepared (if it ever was) to passively submit and accept an existence of the Eloi and the Morlocks by any name, or under any pretext religious or otherwise.

Evil is evil whether there are a billion of them or three billion of them.

The world has responded by suggesting that they "lighten up".
They refused.
The next attempt was to say "Time to back off".
Also ignored.

We are fast approaching the "Stop or else!" stage. When that state is clear to the rest of the world combined, the result will be swift, huge, violent and permanent.
Not at all pretty. But, of course, the "monsters" will claim victimhood, as they always do.

Religion? I don't buy it. Never have; never will.

The Organization of the Islamic conference has actually succeeded in attaining passage of UN resolution in the General assemble called "Combating Defamation of Religions."

What standing does a religious group have at the U.N. anyway?
Why is it tolerated at all?

As the most powerful nation on earth, one of our most basic (rabidly defended) "rights" is the separation of Church and State. Why do we tolerate it in an all-powerful "world" body?

If there is one "most powerful" reason to abandon the U.N., this is it.

Why haven't we done so?

What will it take, dammit!??!

No, attempting to creat a Conference of the Christian Conference, to counter the Murdering Muslims at the UN would be simply playing into their hands.

Religion out of the U.N.!

Fundamental anything is toxic and stems from a place of fear, prejudice which translates into hatred toward one’s neighbor. Everyone, even Muslims, knows that Christ was correct when he said to love your neighbor as yourself. But, many would rather die in their sins.

Islam is a system of law (Sharia), a social welfare system (Lebanon), a system of government (Taliban), a group of societal norms (treatment of women,) as well as a religion. It is completely incompatible with the English and American tenets of law, a republic with democratic elements, and civil and human rights. It can only be compatible if exercised in the same manner as other religions - subordinate to our legal system, government system, civil rights and beliefs in freedom of the individual - including non-Muslims.

This abomination that he is talking about is not a religion. It is a world-domination movement cleverly disguised as a religion.

The best-kept secret in the U.S. about the Holocaust is that Poland lost six million citizens or about one-fifth of its population: three million of the dead were Polish Christians, predominantly Catholic, and the other three million were Polish Jews.

In his book On War Against the Turk written in 1529, a half a millenia ago, Luther demonstrated that he had a good understanding of Islam and the threat it posed for all Christians and Christian lands. He understood that in Islamic lands Christians were not allowed to preach or confess Christ. Luther wrote this about the Koran and Islam:
“I have some pieces of Mohammed’’s Koran which might be called in German a book of sermons or doctrines of the kind that we call pope’’s decretals. When I have time, I must put it into German so that every man may see what a foul and shameful book it is. In the first place, he praises Christ and Mary very much as those who alone were without sin, and yet he believes nothing more of Christ than that he is a holy prophet, like Jeremiah or Jonah, and denies that he is God’’s Son and true God. Besides, he does not believe that Christ is the Savior of the world, Who died for our sins, but that He preached to His own time, and completed His work before His death, just like any other prophet. On the other hand, he praises and exalts himself highly and boasts that he has talked with God and the angels, and that since Christ’’s office of prophet is now complete, it has been commanded to him to bring the world to his faith and if the world is not willing, to compel it or punish it with the sword; and there is much glorification of the sword in it. Therefore, the Turks think their Mohammed much higher and greater than Christ, for the office of Christ has ended and Mohammed’’s office is still in force.
From this anyone can easily observe that Mohammed is a destroyer of our Lord Christ and His kingdom, and if anyone denies concerning Christ, that He is God’’s Son and has died for us, and still lives and reigns at the right hand of God, what has he left of Christ? Father, Son, Holy Ghost, Baptism, the Sacrament, Gospel, Faith and all Christian doctrine and life are gone, and there is left, instead of Christ, nothing more than Mohammed with his doctrine of works and especially of the sword. That is the chief doctrine of the Turkish faith in which all abominations, all errors, all devils are piled up in one heap.”
“In the second place, the Turk’’s Koran, or creed, teaches him to destroy not only the Christian faith, but also the whole temporal government. His Mohammed, as has been said, commands that ruling is to be done by the sword, and in his Koran the sword is the commonest and noblest work.”

The Muslim threat to freedom of speech is a secondary effect of the Muslim threat to freedom of religion.
