Obama is focused on income redistribution -- which is socialism.
And here is Biden’s approach:
Interview with Sen. Joe Biden — Aug. 27, 2007
http://www.iptv.org/iowapress/transcript_detail.cfm?ipShowNum=3435&play=true
“Yepsen: SENATOR, HOW DO YOU PAY FOR YOUR IDEA?
Biden: ... I WOULD LET THE TAX CUTS FOR ALL OF THE MIDDLE CLASS LAPSE. I WOULD NOT MOVE FORWARD WITH THE NEW TAX CUT CALLED FOR BY ELIMINATING THE INHERITANCE TAX....IN ADDITION TO THAT, ON THE NATIONAL SECURITY SIDE OF THE AGENDA, I WOULD END THE WAR IMMEDIATELY. I WOULD END THIS WAR....I WOULD ELIMINATE THE STAR WARS PROGRAM. I WOULD NOT DEPLOY THE STAR WARS PROGRAM, WHICH IS A MULTITRILLION-DOLLAR, LONG-TERM INVESTMENT WE’RE MAKING... “
WAIT A MINUTE!!! Isn’t this a government of the people, for the people and by the people? Slick Willie once told us that’s what the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution says. Who the hell does Obama think he is? The “rich” are also “the people!” It’s not Obammie’s job to hit anybody.
President Obama will destroy the US economy — Carter is an exonomic genius in comparison.
Obama is focused on income redistribution — which is socialism.
:::::::
I would have to yes, AND he is much closer to being an outright communist. After his open public endorsement of the style of government in communist China, that was the cherry on top of the ice cream. This guy is the last thing America needs, certainly we do not need any MORE socialism than we already have. But this college-campus-commie is a nutcase, maybe not even a bona-fide American qualified to be a US president, clearly anti-American at every turn and a supporter of criminals and terrorists.
Now, which is worse? The judgement of Obama, or the judgement of the American voters that would put this raving radical in our precious Oval Office?
I find it all quite terrifying given that I am a Constitutional Conservative, a staunch patriot, a veteran, and an American citizen. HORRIFYING!!!
that’s not going to happen!
the irs enjoys a lot of control over peoples’ lives,
and it will continue.
You might point out the old INCOME tax (and its fans like Obambi) hurts those still TRYING to get rich, NOT the ALREADY-rich. |
Yep. As late as 4 months ago I was still comparing Obama to Carter...and if you turn both into black and white line drawings with Photoshop, there’s an amazing resemblance...but, yes, Obama is probably the only man on the planet who could make Carter look competent.
they’ve been selling this all of my life!
and NOTHING happens.
Obama’s brother lives in Africa, and it’s been reported that he lives on less than $1 a month. I don’t know if it’s true or not - but I believe someone who’s hot to pick the pockets of strangers owes us an explanation about his brother. Is he really destitute? If not, fine. If so, why won’t Obama help him?
I argued this with liberals today and they went nuts - calling me a liar and much worse.
So is the Obamassah going to reach into his own back pocket and redistribute HIS wealth to the black community in Chicago before he leaves for the White House, if the issue arises?
#6 that i originally replied to.
it is not going to happen.
They are embracing Carter.
