This year alone....Biden, Edwards, Hillary, McCain, Dodd, Thompson.....and the dems only pick from the Senate....Gore, Edwards, Lieberman, Kerry...
The senate is the LAST place we should be getting our candidates.
Well, if the MSM would insist on the same rules as they invoked in 1996, we would be rid of a LOT of the senate. Remember? The media INSISTED that Dole resign the senate to prove that he really, really, really wanted to be president. Think of how many we could be rid of if that rule had applied in 2000, 2004, 2007 and 2008?
