True to form, the LA Times paints the threat as Mr. Simmons, who is a true patriot, instead of Ayres, who wishes he could have done more harm to the USA than merely killing policemen and who stomps on our flag with a grin on his aging face.
Shameful, even for our putrid press.

Harold Simmons is from a very small community in rural East Texas and he has never forgotten his roots. He has donated generously to our small public school. He has provided the funds that have air-conditioned the gyms for both elementary and secondary schools as well as built the field house. He donated the money to buy the band new uniforms this year. His scholarships provide several of our graduates an opportunity to attend college or trade school each year. (We graduate 40 in a good year.) My kids play on the Harold Simmons tennis courts. He is a man of quiet grace and generosity.

The Obama ads are just another good deed from a great man.
