Just think of all the people waiting all day to get their text message from Obama and the cable news shows are breaking the news first. Obama was too inept to get this out in the afternoon, scheduled the announcement for 10 a.m. tomorrow, and the stations break it tonight. I think Obama's grand plan to have this announcement be the leading story for the 5/6pm o'clock news went awry because some of the people higher on the list than Biden turned him down.
