Heck, if Biden is the VP pick, bhe might get enough exposure that DE voters would realize what an idiot he is, and vote him out... but then again, I have spoken with Delawareans who actually know he’s an idiot, but find him amusing to have in office!
This strategy may be to keep the (R) turn-out down. That’s all that makes sense to me.
