PING
I was thinking the same thing - her testimony will be shredded by the defense!
I will make a prediction (and I don't believe in predictions, but this one is easy) if Swinton testifies the prosecution will lose.
Ayep.
Huh. I wonder what they have.
Huh. I wonder what they have.
Huh. I wonder what they have.
Huh. I wonder what they have.
Huh. I wonder what they have.
What happened?
Did you sneeze ???
No
Good evening, you ole’ slut poster.

I wonder if that 16 y o girl called her and it is on her cell phone ???
Quite possible...

Ach,ja. At least I take pride in it.
;)
Yes they have a point...
that’s why I dont think its what she has to say
but her cell phone that is the evidence
Is this your cell phone ???
Yes sir
This ID number on it 123456789 and the name susie snow
Did Susie snow call you at 12:34 PM on March 31, 2008
yes sir..
Did you speak to susie snow for 14 minutes that day ???
yes sir...
See there’s no need for her to even say what was said...
just the fact that a girl called from TX and talked to her for 14 minutes...
and the search is back on for the mystery girl...
remember it was his cell phone that caught Scott Peterson at different places than he claimed...
They can check the records of the cell phone the girl used and find out approximately where she was when she called rozita...

“How could Swinton possibly help the Prosecutions case?”
(.... man..... uh...... it’s so obvi.... I can’t believe you are missi... )
On these threads there has been the upcoming test of the CPS search warrant.
Swinton has not yet been convicted of placing the hoax phone call.
What is important in establishing the legality of the search warrant is ‘good faith’ of the Sheriff who served it.
If the prosecution can put Swinton on the stand, and have her testify that she did it, and she was convincing, and it corresponds with what the Sheriff (has already) said, then the warrant was served in good faith.
