Personally, I think Obama’s campaign is putting all these names out there on the last day so they can gauge the public’s reaction. That way Obama could feel more confident that he was making the right choice...
Not that this will matter because I think Obama IS, if not is EXTREMELY CLOSE to being unelectable at this point.

They could also be gauging the backlash within the Dem Party to have their defenses ready! LOL
