What a country huh, where obesity is an indicator of poverty.
FOOD STAMPS, most likely. Modern America has the fattest poor people in human history.
No way would I allow any one I know to eat that much, nor would I purchase the food. If they want it, GET off your DUFF and go get it yourself.
Obviously you have to eat a lot of food and disdain exercise, but the fact is that the vast majority of people could spend all their lives trying to get that big and couldn’t do it. People that size would have been morbidly obese no matter what they did, short of radical surgery.
Generally, a whole lot of eating and increasingly less activity. Of course, we can't rule out some sort of untreated medical condition, but that isn't usually the case. (There are generally some significant emotional issues that contribute to overeating on that scale, however.)
