What if:
-Someone stole my gun, used it for the killing, and put it back in my car?
-Bullets fired from my gun are ‘identical enough’?
-What if the evidence gets mixed up and I fry because of it?
-What if the a detective thinks I did it, and messes with the evidence?

Here’s a GREAT video about why you should never talk to the cops by a University professor. There is a part II as well:

Improbable, but possible.

I said I was conflicted about how I would act. The devil is in the details. The police have the right to ask; the citizen has the right to refuse. I see nothing wrong with that.

The way crimes usually get solved is the police eliminate one suspect after another until there’s only one left. Makes it kind of hard on him if the guilty party was never a suspect, though

Wow that’s awesome. Guy talks super fast, but is entertaining and dead on. Too many innocent people get screwed for blabbing.
