It seems to be becoming more evident that Obama may end up being a classic case of the Peter Principle.

"In a Hierarchy a person tends to be promoted to His Level of Incompetence."

"Public wary of 'amateur president'"

Let's just hope he stays an amateur!

Obama: McCain ‘doesn’t know what he’s up against’

Aug 19 09:00 PM US/Eastern
By BETH FOUHY
Associated Press Writer

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - A combative Barack Obama said Tuesday that Republican John McCain “doesn’t know what he’s up against” in this election and challenged his rival to stop questioning his character and patriotism.

Obama, campaigning in a state where he hopes to become the first Democratic presidential candidate to win in more than three decades, implored his supporters to fight for the presidency.

“Our job in this election is not just ‘win,’ although I’m a big believer in winning,” Obama said during the rally. “I don’t intend to lose this election. John McCain doesn’t know what he’s up against.”

Funny, but I remember hearing some Sargent's over at the PX saying one day that they were getting tired of having to give OJT to their new LT.

I think Hillary just might end up being the Democrat’s nominee.....and she’ll pick Evan Bayh to be her running mate.

I was in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic last week. When the workers there started a friendly conversation, they inevitably moved on to the election. To a man, everyone one of them wondered why anyone won't vote for Obama when the man has no experience unlike McCain.

... and a few told me that they are concerned about the U.S. because what affects the U.S. affects the Dominican Republic, too. (Poor economy here means fewer vacations there.)

In Mr. Obama, whose primary background in politics was as a "JUNIOR" community organizer in Illinois, there is little executive experience...

On the other hand, his behavior and response to the recent international crisis following the Russian invasion of Georgia, indicates his lack of experience in foreign affairs. His public comments were those of an amateur statesman, especially in contrast to his Republican opponent, Sen. John McCain, who had a sober, thoughtful public response.

Democrats hate foreign policy so don't learn foreign policy.
Their main gripe is spending billions in Iraq means less money for their socialist programs at home

Democrats love domestic policy. This is where they mine for votes by getting more and more people on the Federal Government tit
They love people who work for our Governments on all levels
They love people who get money from the Government except for the military
