*shrug*

McCain pretty much has to pick a younger running mate...

If it’s Rudy, he can kiss this election goodbye.

Oh (EXPLETIVE) No! An illegal-alien loving, gun grabbing, adulterer control freak.

It doesn't surprise me that the Manhattanites at NR and at the Post are in the tank for Rutard Giussolini. If that, uh, "man" is chosen as Veep, I will REALLY have to hold my nose to the point of breaking it.

McCain has to pick a conservative pallatable veep in order for us to unite.

Most conservatives are hoping for a 2012 McCain retirement and to vote for his conservative veep.

Geez, if Rudy is being considered, after his GOP Primaries meltdown proved his lack of electoral appeal, then the idea of throwing the Veep choice to the convention looks better and better. Would definitely help the GOP convention ratings.

JM should choose very wisely. It’s amazing how many people are waiting to see who his VP is going to be before deciding to write in or not vote.

Every time I see that picture I wonder, “If someone took the time to photoshop Natalie’s nipples, why didn’t they do something about her acne, too?”

Ergo, McCain's damage = Obama's damage.

I would submit that McCain's damage >> Obama's Damage, because McCain damage would be done under a veil of "Republicanism," leading some otherwise conservative people to apologize and make excuses for McCain/Giuliani liberalism, or to attack those who criticized it, instead of going into full-throated attack mode against Obama.

I believe you are right. IMHO she is a strong and good woman who would be a major asset to the ticket.

I don’t think they’re photoshopped.

Every time I see that picture I wonder, where are their hands...

Yes- he would do that. I posted this just to add to the speculation adreneline :)

Rudy brings a LOT of baggage- but then again- so does Lieberman (ppsssttt.. he’s a Dem). Ridge is just...blah. He’s not worth the price of the millions of us pissed off pro-lifers he would encounter.

As Mark Levin often points out- why can’t there just be a regular conservative? Some of them are pro-life, but weak in other areas, some are strong on defense but don’t care about the unborn. Others are interested only in free markets.

So- how about a pro-life, free-market, limited and growing SMALLER government, strong on defense, DRILL NOW kind of candidate?

Yeah. It would be nice to have someone in the administration who actually likes America.
