A pro-choice VP would be an extraordinarily BAD idea.

I gather that to mean you think it would get less votes for McCain.

Then why would McCain even flirt with a pro-choice candidate?

I don't know that he is. There are reports all over on both candidates about who they are going to pick.

Let's say for a moment though that McCain IS considering a pro-choicer. What his reasoning would be is totally beyond me. I know we need to stop it before it happens. McCain can flirt with all kinds of VP scenarios as far as I'm concerned but he only has one bullet to fire and if he makes a pro-life decision this controversy and concern will blow away fast.

Just because Artemis Webb believes it would be a bad decision on McCain’s part doesn’t mean McCain understands that. At least that’s how your post reads to me.

As to why McCain would flirt with a pro-choice candidate, you’d have to ask him.
