Great thesis there on PA...and may I add that Rendell 'delivered' PA for Hillary. She did fantastic in SW PA. I don't see the committment of resources here and now that I saw for Hillary. Has Obama even been to the Burgh since the primary season? I think BHO's thin skin (Rendell didn't endorse me! boo hoo!) bodes well for The Chosen One. No pol can do well in PA if he/she disses Fast Eddie. I think McCain will do surprisingly well in SW PA (the Pgh region, but not the city itself).

Now...if Hillary pulls out the nomination, PA will go for Clinton. Period.
