I think it isn't.
On 7th of August, 2008 Georgian armed forces, with orders from president Saakashvili invaded Republic of South Ossetia and started full-scale genocide of Ossetian nation, for so-called «Final Solution» of Ossetian Question, which shall be considered as action, equal to Hitler’s Nazi crimes.
After capturing Ossetian capital – Tskhinvali, Saakashvili’s troops murdered es. 2000 non-combatants, citizens of Tskhinvali.
Note the URL - not .ru but .su.
Note, “georgia.su” was created in June of 1999. Moscow’s propaganda offensive began well before August, 2008.
