He doesn’t come off as a nut at all on the radio. He’s very gracious IMO.
Is he for recreational drugs? If so, that makes him full on Libertarian IMO.
Ron Paul demonstrates why this isn't so. His libertarian foreign policy is too radical for many who happen to favor liberal drug laws, less federal involvement, etc. Therefore, if one rightly puts national defense as a higher priority than domestic drug laws, libertarianism isn't a responsible option.
