Yes, but IN PRACTICE we know that it is overwhelmingly based on race, specifically blacks. I know people in all of those demographic groups, but am unaware of ANY of them receiving AA benefits.

White military males get AA benefits? On what possible basis? AA is designed to remedy discrimination. They are discriminated against because they are ex-military?

The larger point being that ANY time AA is applied, 100% of the excluded group is a “victim”.

Males whenever discrimination is applied to benefit females.

“Breeders” whenever discrimination is applied to benefit gays.

And as I said, 100% of whites whenever AA is applied to benefit “persons of color”.
